INKO DOROT  with  full name Doroteo Dumaplin Ursos was a fisherman of Baud Tagaluahan Basiao in Pitogo Island of Bohol

        One day he got some conflict with the one of the pulahanes of Balangiga of Samar and Leyte over the territorial waters in fishingbecause the island of Bohol is so very near in Leyte.  In fact in the middle of the sea between Leyte and Bohol - you dont need to swim because you can walk in the middle of the seasometimes it is just waist deep . so very shallow and with abundant seaweeds  that theres almost no boundary between the islands

In this conflict Itay Iyong , Amando and Sergio advised Inko Dorot to diffuse this tension  It is not good  to compromise the lives of the family of Inko Dorot  with a nonsense cause besides... this pilahanes are ignorant cult with no sense of diplomacy Both Amando and Sergio saw this a hopeless case for any formal settlement because this pulahanes are ignorant to the law Ursos people are not warriors and they are diplomatic to settle any dispute
